Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid brought together faith representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to highlight diversity and coexistence. The event, organised by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, highlighted education, prevention and dialogue as tools against prejudice. The round table included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community news eu farmers of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers offered personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how education can help build more inclusive communities.

During the event, participants addressed themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when supported by education and dialogue.
